width to 760 pixels and centered tables/copy, changed title tag format
from dashes to carats, and made the style sheet link absolute on various
pages.

pages from an absolute width of 100% to 760 pixels, for 800x600 screen
resolution compatibility. 3- Changed the title tag format from dashes
(--) to carats (>) on a large number of pages. 4- Made the style
sheet link and absolute link instead of relative on a bunch of pages.
